How to Use VPN Unlimited for Family Security

Welcome to VPN Unlimited, where the robust team functionality is your gateway to securing your family's online presence. While our system is designed as a "Team", envision it as the perfect solution for fortifying your family's online activities. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to utilize VPN Unlimited's team features to establish a secure digital space for your family:

Note: Although the VPN Unlimited system is labeled as "Team," consider it your family's secure space within VPN Unlimited. The robust team functionality provides a perfect framework for ensuring your family's online security.

Getting Started with VPN Unlimited for Families

1. To initiate your family's secure online journey, log in to your User Office at my.keepsolid.com.

2. In Your subscriptions section, find VPN Unlimited and click Extras.

3. On the VPN Extensions tab, select VPN Unlimited Team and press Get it now.

4. Choose the preferred subscription option based on the number of family members.

   Special Options for Larger Families: If you have a larger family, click "Contact us" at the bottom of the page for custom plans tailored to your family's size.

5. Complete the purchase using your preferred payment method.

Once successful, you'll find a new section in Your Subscriptions – VPN Unlimited Team.

Note: A single VPN Unlimited account can be the administrator of one family only. However, there's no limit to the number of families you can join as a member.

Personalizing Your Family VPN

As the family administrator, you have the flexibility to edit your family's default name. Simply click next to the title of the team and enter the preferred name.

Managing Your Family

Inviting Family Members

1. In your User Office сlick Manage on the VPN Unlimited Team section.

2. In the Users section, click Add more.

3. Enter the email address of a new family member, and click Add.

The users you add to your family receive an invitation email. To get started with VPN Unlimited for family, they should accept the invitation by following the link in the email. In case a user didn’t have KeepSolid ID, they’ll be asked to set a password to complete the registration.

All users who accepted the invitation, are marked green in the Users list. Those, whose invitation is pending, are marked orange. To resend the invitation letter, click next to the relevant user, and press Resend.

All users who accepted your invitation can also see VPN Unlimited Team under Your Subscriptions section of their User Office.

To start the secure online experience, they need to download the VPN Unlimited app and sign in using credentials from the previous step.

Removing Family Members

Maintain control over your family account by easily removing members. Click the menu icon next to a member, select "Delete", and confirm your decision.

Extending Your Family VPN

To accommodate more family members, upgrade your family account.

1. Go to the User Office main screen and click Prolong Subscription in the VPN Unlimited Team section:

2.  Alternatively, click Upgrade on the VPN Unlimited Team screen.

Choose the desired plan to expand your family from 5 to 20 members. For larger families, click "Contact us" for personalized options.

Enhancing Family Protection

Elevate your family's protection with a Personal VPN Server or a Personal IP, shared automatically with all family members.

1. Navigate to VPN Unlimited Team screen and press Get server in the Personal Servers / Personal IP section.

2. Choose the preferred server location, select a plan, and complete the purchase.

That's it! When your server is deployed, it will appear in the list of Personal Servers/ Personal IP and become available to your family members as well. If you opt for a Personal IP option, you can get it either on our website or on the Extras tab of your User Office.
